Reach7, a UK-based social media platform provider, has secured a second seed funding round to continue development and promotion.

Reach7's platform helps companies and individuals expand their social reach internationally by allowing for posting to social media in over 30 languages. It offers business-level human translation in a few simple steps. Other features include scheduling posts to different locations based on recommended times within different time zones and automatically mirroring all posts from primary accounts to several others in different languages.

The company’s first tool within the platform was released to the public last month and currently supports Twitter and Sina Weibo, China’s version of Twitter. Support for other social networks is planned for the short term. The company also offers account set-up and business verification, similar to Twitter verified accounts, on Sina Weibo for customers and allows simultaneous posting across both platforms.

The business was initially funded by its founders, Jamie Learmonth and Anton Ygartua, through a lump sum investment from their digital agency Boxlight Media. The latest funding round of €510,000 came from a group of investors led by Jamie True and including Jon Claydon and Jack Bekhor.
