Iris Capital accompanies Alyotech in its growth and leads a new financing round of €4 million

Paris July 8, 2008

Pursuing a dynamic external growth strategy, which already resulted in about ten acquisitions in France and abroad in less than three years, Alyotech group is pleased to announce the completion today of a new capital increase with its existing financial partners: Aurel NextStage, Galiléo, ACE Management, Iris Capital and CDC Entreprises, as well as its managers.

This new capital increase, of €4 million, shall finance part of the 2008 growth plan of Alyotech which consists in strengthening its presence in countries where it is already present, France but also Canada and the Netherlands. Another capital increase should be completed before the end of the year with new investors to enable the group to reach its ambitious objective, that is to reach the critical size in 2008 in each country where the group is present.

In 2009, the group aims to be present in other countries in Europe and North America.

“ We would like to thank our existing financial partners who once again renew their support by participating in this financial operation. This evidently shows their trust and their satisfaction in the development of the group since its creation. Alyotech has indeed managed to position itself in a short time, in accordance with its original plan, as a major international player in the field of Technological Consulting” declared the management of Alyotech group.

Curt Gunsenheimer, Partner at Iris Capital, declared: “We expect the sector for Technology Consulting will continue to consolidate in the coming years. Alyotech has proven its ability to integrate acquisitions and is reaching critical mass in its different market. It is now well positioned to be a key player in the next phase of consolidation of its industry.”
