Spendesk rethinks company credit cards for CFOs and employees to eliminate administrative burden
After two months in private beta, Spendesk has already totaled more than €1,000,000 worth of funds,

Already in full swing, the FinTech revolution is shaking up the banking industry. Innovation is blooming and disrupting the market for loans, asset management, insurance and payments for consumer markets. B2B markets have not been left behind though. Spendesk is leveraging new financial technologies to streamline the way spending and expenses are managed within companies. Businesses have special payment requirements including validation processes, accounting obligations and budget monitoring, which are often poorly managed by banking services.

“Corporate card management used to be a nightmare. Teams shared credit card numbers, which generated security issues for the company. At the end of the month, I wasted countless hours finding who made the payments and tracking down invoices. Spendesk was deployed 2 months ago and instantly adopted. Now, I can monitor, in real time, every purchase made by teams and employees” explains Ganna Verbytska, Treasurer at Webedia Group.

Spendesk is easily deployed in all types of structures. Companies can transfer funds to the platform using a secured bank account, which is compliant with financial regulations, and generate virtual or physical credit cards for their employees. All payments are made in line with the company’s chosen validation process and directly reported on a real-time dashboard with the corresponding invoice.

“Spendesk gives employees full freedom to get their job done, while allowing tight control on all spending through automated approval workflows. Payments are one click away, but always in the hands of the CFOs. We reinvent corporate cards, as they should be, so that teams can be fully focused on making their company successful” explains Rodolphe Ardant, Spendesk CEO.

Today, companies use Spendesk to control all their payments and subscriptions made with credit cards. Spendesk is also developing new physical card features to handle the whole expense process and actively growing its activity to establish a leading position on the European market.
