Lyngdorf to invest in Dynaton

Copenhagen, 27. April, 2005 -- Dynaton announced today that Mr. Peter Lyngdorf has made a significant investment in the company. Peter Lyngdorf is well-known worldwide for his passionate involvement and promotion of groundbreaking technologies like the first successful room correction system and high-quality digital amplifiers.

About Peter Lyngdorf
Peter Lyngdorf is a renowned person in the international audio market. Among his many accomplishments is the foundation of HI-FI KLUBBEN, the most successful hi-fi retailer in Scandinavia expanding beyond 50 shops. HI-FI KLUBBEN was appointed the best performing audio/video retail chain in 2004 and is celebrating its 25th anniversary these days.

In 1982 Lyngdorf founded the loudspeaker manufacturing company DALI that has won great international recognition for its uncompromising approach to loudspeaker design and manufacturing. Lyngdorf is also to credit for the transformation of NAD into a modern electronic manufacturer in the late 80's and early 90's. Through Snell and NAD, Lyngdorf again, exercised his pioneering approach to the world of audio, by introducing the world's first spectrum room correction system in 1996. In 1997 Peter Lyngdorf financed Toccata Technology during the development process of creating the world's first fully digital amplifier. The result was the launch of the sensational TacT Millennium amplifier in 1998. A proof of his skills in recognising important milestones in audio technology is the fact that Texas Instruments increased 6-7% in overall shareholders value due to the acquisition of Toccata in 2000.
