Staffcare receives £1m private equity to fuel expansion into employee benefits market

Staffcare is an internet based software application to help companies improve benefits communication and manage flexible benefit schemes. Staffcare is already licensed to several Employee Benefit Consultancies who provide branded solutions to their corporate clients.

Funding was provided by a private investor and by Herald Ventures II. Herald Ventures other investments in the Human Resource software sector include One ClickHR plc and Manpower Software plc.

Philip Hollingdale, managing director or Screen Pages FS said “Staffcare is quickly becoming the platform of choice for affordable benefits communication and flexible benefits administration. With this expansion capital in place we will be able to more rapidly increase our sales and respond to the increasing demand for flexible benefit solutions.”

Screen Pages Financial Solutions Limited was spun out of Screen Pages Limited, a successful e-commerce software company, in July 2004.
